All items in the UK are sent by standard or tracked mail using Royal Mail.
All items sent worldwide are sent standard or tracked as chosen by the customer at the checkout.
Shipping is dependent on the carrier and is outside the control of My Mini Explorers.
Any CUSTOMs fees are payable by the customer.

Delivery times:
As all clothing is made to order and by hand. Turnaround times vary between 4-6 weeks. Please bear these in mind when ordering the sizing you require. Refunds cannot be made if you have ordered the smaller size and not realised that this may not fit once the turnaround time has been met. Please contact me for any queries regarding this prior to ordering.
Returns & exchanges:
Unfortunately, due to the handmade nature of the items and them being made to order, I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once the item has been cut or made. But please contact me at hello@myminiexplorers.com if you have any problems with your order.
