What is your delivery time?

As all clothing is made to order and by hand, turnaround times are anything between 2 to 4 weeks. Please check my Instagram page for current timings before placing your order.

If you need your order delivered before this time, please get in touch with me BEFORE placing your order. If you place your order and then contact me, I may not be able to help as this makes it unfair on customers who have already placed orders as I fulfil all orders in numerological order.

Please note, I obtain proof of postage for all items. If your order is lost, the Royal Mail advise that a certain period of time must pass before the item is classed as lost. Once this time has passed, a replacement item can be sent to you. Unfortunately, no refund can be given for lost parcels.

What is your returns policy?

I hope you will love your item as much as I enjoyed making it, however if there is an issue, please do get in contact with me at hello@myminiexplorers.com

You have 14 days after your item arrives to return it for a full refund. We will only accept items which have been unworn. If an item is returned to us and shows signs of wear or washing, then the item will be returned back to you and no refund will be issued. If you have simply ordered the wrong size, then providing the above conditions have been met, we will happily exchange for a new size. However, you the buyer will be responsible for all postal charges.

Please be aware that refunds and exchanges are not applicable to custom made orders.

Where do you source your fabric from?

I use a number of fabric suppliers based all over Europe. All fabric is Oeko-Tex 100 standard certified. This means that the inks and dyes used in the production process are kind to babies skin. Many of the fabrics I use are also organic, which are ideal for little ones and sensitive skins.
